Designed by military veterans, our Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) consists of mentally stimulating team-based challenges that improve the leadership competencies and dynamics of your team. Our events are a deliberate integration of leadership models, theories, best practices, and kinesthetic learning. Our challenges develop your leaders’ abilities to think critically, influence, communicate, and assess while advancing organizational effectiveness through greater trust, innovation, collaboration, and adaptability. How it Works
Team Members:
Are challenged to step outside their comfort zones
Get hands-on practice with both hard and soft leadership skills
Tackle roles of both leader and follower
Help coach their leaders during the After Action Review Process to gain confidence in providing feedback
Challenge Breakdown:
The mobile Leadership Reaction Course is designed to accommodate teams/groups of 7 to 10 members. It can be set up at your location, inside or outside. As a multi-day experience, numerous teams and hundreds of participants can participate in the LRC.
A volunteer participant from each group leads each challenge, while a facilitator evaluates them according to a leadership competency matrix and team member feedback.
After the challenge, we hold an After Action Review where the leader receives feedback on strengths and areas for development from both their peers and the facilitator.
The leader will emerge with a template of best practices to maximize their leadership skills moving forward.
