John brings a relentless focus on equipping leaders, teams and organizations for compelling impact. ​

​Over the last 20 years, his work with leaders has revolved chiefly around cultivating clarity around "success" and powerful connectedness. John has had the privilege of bringing catalytic development through roles in education, nonprofit work, consulting, sales and coaching. Further, his undergraduate and graduate studies centered on personal, team and organizational transformation. The "steel thread" running through these varied contexts is empowering others to mine meaning out of the mundane.​

John revels in the opportunity to come alongside others and serve however he can for their flourishing. It can take many shapes – in-depth coaching, strategic consulting, people analytics, content development, team culture, healthy communication and emotional intelligence.​

John and his wife, Beth, have four children – Tyler, Julia, Isaiah and Ruby. They live in central Texas and treasure connecting deeply with others, family movie nights and all kinds of music. ​
