Garret’s passion is to drive genuine, meaningful change creating positive impacts across an organization and its people.
A retired United States Marine, Garret developed his expertise in high-performance teams after serving 14 of his 21 years of active service in special operations assignments in numerous dynamic environments. He led Marines at every level on a Marine special operations team during multiple combat deployments and culminated his career as a senior executive within the 3,000-person enterprise.
In addition to his real-world experience, Garret has made it his life’s journey to study leadership development and high-performance team concepts. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston, an Executive Certificate in Leadership from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame as well as an Executive Certificate in Executive Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Garret is an Executive Coach, a Certified Project Director™ and Change Management Professional™.
Garret lives in Florida with his wife Whitney and their two children: Mae and Carter.
